In order to provide you with the best service we require you to read the following information.

To ensure our customers benefit from the highest possible discounts we are unable to supply samples.  We suggest, where possible, to obtain these beforehand.  You can send the sample to us to get the closest product match.  Please be aware that manufacturers often prepare samples in bulk upon the launch of a product.  This will have an affect when colour matching is critical.  Make sure you acquire a stock cutting from the most current batch.

We guarantee to beat any genuine written quotation, providing we stock the product you are after (quantity 3m and over). Please call for further details.

Quality
All products are supplied direct from the manufacturer with standard warranties and guaranties.  We do not supply seconds or discontinued products.

We work 24/7 to meet the high demand of our customers!  Once you have submitted your quote we will return an email within 24 hours.  The quotation you receive will be valid for 14 days, subject to prevailing manufacturer’s RRP, VAT paid and E & OE.

Product Codes
Most suppliers will have product codes to identify their products, there are a few exceptions.  Please endeavour to get this information as it will speed up the process for providing you with the correct quote and product when placing your order.  Fill in the quote form as best as you can and if we need more information we will contact you.

Suitability
We are unable to accept liability for any loss, damage or deterioration in condition to any goods sold caused by usage, shrinkage, cleaning processes, atmospheric conditions, assembly, make-up, installation or general application.

Ordering & Payment
To speed up the ordering process you can simply send an email confirming the reference code we would have sent you via email, text or on the phone detailing the delivery address and billing address.  We will check stock availability and will telephone you shortly to take payment.  See accepted cards below.

Cancellations and Amendments
Once payment has been taken for an agreed order we are unable to accept cancellation, amendment or make a refund without administration charges of £25.00.  It is not possible to cancel or amend your order in any way if it has already been dispatched by the supplier.  However, a cancellation, amendment or refund will be accepted if your order has been delayed or you have a fault with your purchase. 

You will be advised if a product is out of stock.  In order to guarantee a back order payment is required immediately.  On some occasions delivery date may prove unacceptable and a full refund will be issued.  Unfortunately, some back orders cannot be cancelled, but will be advised on this before purchase.


Back Orders

Some products go out of stock immediately due to high demand.  In order to secure you with the next despatch we recommend you place and pay for a back order.  We can advise on expected date of new stock should you wish to wait nearer the delivery date to place your order.


Delivery and Despatch

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK-IN CURTAIN MAKERS, UPHOLSTERERS OR DECORATORS, AS APPLICABLE, UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS.

Goods will normally be dispatched for an approximate delivery time of 7-10 clear working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) following receipt of order and payment. This can be longer if the goods are being dispatched from or to locations outside the UK. All times are approximate and we will not be liable for compensation arising from protracted delivery.

When accepting your delivery, it is important to check the number of packages listed on the driver’s sheet corresponds to the number received prior to you accepting delivery.

At your request, we are able to arrange delivery to a third party such as a curtain maker, upholsterer or decorator. If the goods are to be cut, altered or hung by the third party without you having the opportunity to verify that the correct item has been delivered, it is essential that you forward to the third party the full details of your fabric or wallpaper (to include a sample or cutting) to enable them to perform this function on your behalf. Please refer to the section Faulty Goods and Returns below.

Delivery Costs
UK delivery is charged at £12.50 per supplier for fabric, wallpaper or trimmings but multiple fabric orders from the same supplier will incur only a single delivery charge.

For non-UK locations carriage costs will be confirmed upon order.


Faulty Goods and Returns
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that goods are delivered to you in the best possible condition, it is important that you inspect each item thoroughly as soon as it arrives. Any faults or problems must be reported to us within 14 days. Please note that, once you have signed to accept goods, you are agreeing with the courier that there is no visible damage. Subsequent claims may, therefore, be rejected by the supplier.

If goods are faulty or if a different product to the one ordered has been sent, we will organise replacement subject to the following conditions: (i) fabric to be returned must be in its original, uncut state; or (ii) wallpaper will not be accepted for return where more than two drops have been hung. Certain manufacturers will arrange collection of faulty goods. Alternatively, faulty goods should be returned to our offices in their original packaging using the standard Royal Mail parcel service, the cost of which will be reimbursed. Where alternative methods of return are used, we will reimburse the applicable Royal Mail standard parcel service published charge.

Returns are not possible under any other circumstances.

Where goods are to be cut, altered or hung by a third party (such as a curtain maker, upholsterer or decorator) without you having the opportunity to verify that the correct item has been delivered, it is essential that you forward to the third party full details of your fabric or wallpaper (to include a sample or cutting) to enable them to perform this function on your behalf. A third party who cuts or otherwise alters fabric or wallpaper is considered, as your agent, to have accepted the faulty or incorrect goods on your behalf.
